SECTION V1 MILDURA ART SHOW

Payment of Entry Forms signifies acceptance of the following Statements.

Curator: Ken Middleton - Magenta Artists Group.

Stewards: Local Artists.

This is a platform for established and emerging Artists to Showcase their Artwork and art practices.
  • All entries must be the original work of the artist submitting. (An Artwork that has previously been submitted will not be accepted).
    A copy of another artists work will not be accepted.
  • Artwork May be removed from the Pavillion only if that Artwork has been sold and receipt shown at the end of the show.
  • Unsold exhibits can be collected Sunday 16th October 9.00am - 10.00am apon showing of the Artists receipt.
  • All entries must be for sale and authority given stating price desired.
    Name of artist and medium on back of art work
  • Closing dates for entries in this Section is 1st October.
  • All exhibits must be at the Show Office by Sunday 10th October.
  • Entry Fee of $10.00 for each artwork submitted. Entry Fee is not refundible and covers administration and handling.
  • Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Curator reserves the right not to exhibit any work if the work is not, in their opinion, of sufficient artistic merit or framed/presented appropriately.
  • Mildura Show Society has the right to refuse to display any exhibit.
  • The Entrant agrees to Mildura Show Society photographing finalists work to be used in publicity and promotion of the Open Art with no charge.
  • The finalists images will be uploaded to social media sites (Facebook).
  • Delivery and return freight will be at no cost to Mildura Show Society or Magenta Arts.
  • Entry Forms available, on request or at the Mildura Show Office No 1 oval, Eleventh St Mildura.
  • Mildura Show Society and Magenta Artists will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to any work while in storage or on display.
  • Artists may wish to arrange their own insurance.
